This site is devoted to mixers from the Rudy Bozak electronics company originating in Connecticut and carried over to the TAI Florida location. Unlike sites that give reference numbers to check authenticity, we include photos, letters, emails, and first hand documentation by owners or employees of the original Bozak and TAI companies. By 1996 both Bozak Connecticut and TAI Florida no longer existed.
In 1995 the Bozak name only had been sold to a European company that manufactured small electronic products and later went out of business. Because they only purchased the name and had no access to the electronic designs, tooling, or parts inventory, it would not be accurate to say they purchased the Bozak company. TAI Florida became a DBA (doing business as) designing conference room equipment with Shelly Glick the last Bozak of Connecticut owner remaining. All original Bozak parts and most tooling went to Buzzy Beck who produced mixers under his own brand name. In 2006 the Bozak name only became property of another overseas company releasing their own designed electronic products.
